FMS
FMS hosting is done via MS Terminal Services. This environment allows you to access your system from anywhere with an Internet connections. Our SQL server is monitored for uptime and your databases are backed up every 30 minutes.
Web Time
FMS Web Time is deployed using a "cluster" of web servers. These servers run independently of each other, but are seen as a single server by you. In the event that one of the servers goes down, your site is still reachable by your user base. This allows us to remove a server from the cluster for maintenance and updates impacting your users and without having to schedule down time. These servers save their data to a SQL server dedicated to the Web Time databases. Backups of these databases occur throughout the day.
Invoicing
We prefer to send our invoices in PDF format via email, but we can also send invoices through the U.S. mail at your request. We send invoices out on the 15th of each month and are due at the end of the month.
Our rates are very competitive. Our Web Time rates are $45 per user per year. We do not distinguish the difference between Web Time entry and Web Expense. FMS hosting is evaluated on a case by case basis. Call to explore this option (970) 460-6836.
Administration
If you require it, we can burn CD's of reports or invoices that are saved to disk on a weekly or monthly basis. Fees for this service start at $10 a month.
