You can reach our tech department by calling (970) 631-2157 or emailing help@hostingfms.com. Our technical staff will respond to email support within an hour and in most cases can fix a problem in minutes.
Adding Additional Users
You can have additional users added to your FMS system by sending an email to help@hostingfms.com. When sending the request, include the user's name and desired password along with the Serial Number and Activation key that was obtained from Deltek. An email will be sent back when the user has been created and ready for use. |
